Hello me
Lewis grew up in Somerset and moved to London, where the streets are paved with gold, in 2002. His sights were firmly set on overnight professional success and international stardom.
Within12 months he was working in an electrical hardware store.
His time between the spark plugs allowed him to attend evening classes at the Soho Theatre, where he became a member of their Core Group of Young Writers in 2004.
Since then, Lewis has gained both an Emmy and a BAFTA nomination for writing and directing short form web series, whilst also writing for a long-running TV show on Sky One and developing original television dramas for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
He has what one might generously call a 'portfolio career' or more cynically describe as 'not a proper job', writing and developing scripts for TV, film, and brands.
Specialising in comedy and drama - with a side niche in sports content (more often than not, football) - Lewis is also an award-winning director, actor and voice over artist.
Once in a comedy sketch group who enjoyed a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe, Lewis still lives in London, now with a wife, a daughter, and a dog called Rainy (which is short for 'Rainbow Dog').
